Training Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, and FRx Classes
The Resource Group (TRG) offers customers a variety of training styles and environments. You can choose to register for one of our standard scheduled training classes, create a custom training class for your team, or work one-on-one with a consultant. Training may be held at TRG's Training Center or at your facility. Our training program is designed to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are subject to cancellation by TRG if registration does not meet the required attendance level. Cancellations by TRG will be made one week prior to the start date of the class. If you cancel your confirmed attendance up to one week prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded. Less than one week prior to the start date of the course, (the penalty will still be applied if you transfer to another course) 50% of the course fee will be charged. Failure to attend a class without notifying TRG prior to the start date of the course will be considered a ‘no show’ and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
Repeat Attendence Policy
Class attendees will be allowed to repeat each class attended unlimited times within 12 months from the initial class date at no additional charge. Students repeating a class will be required to bring a manual which matches the version of the software being taught. They may either bring the one they originally received (if it is the correct version) or they must purchase a new one prior to attending the class. The cancellation policy for repeat classes will be the same as for first time attendees. The class repeat policy applies to classes taken on or after January 1, 2010.
